Glow Medical Aesthetics (“Company”) is committed to providing exceptional care in
aesthetic medicine. To protect the integrity of our services and ensure full transparency,
this agreement outlines our strict no-refund policy on all services and product sales.
Non-Refundable Services
I acknowledge and agree that all services provided at Glow Medical Aesthetics are non-refundable, including but not limited to: Botox®, Dysport®, and all neuromodulator treatments
Dermal fillers (e.g., lips, cheeks, jawline, under-eyes, etc.) Laser treatments (e.g., hair removal, skin resurfacing) Skin rejuvenation procedures (e.g., microneedling, Plasma, chemical peels)
IV therapy, wellness injections, and other medical aesthetic services Consultation fees (if applicable) Treatment packages or series (regardless of usage status) No refunds will be issued once a service is performed or a treatment/package is purchased.
Non-Refundable Products
All skincare and retail products purchased from Glow Medical Aesthetics are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided unless the item is defective at the
time of sale.
Results Disclaimer
I understand that individual results from medical aesthetic treatments, including Botox® and dermal fillers, may vary. Glow Medical Aesthetics does not guarantee specific
results, and dissatisfaction with an outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund or credit.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this Non-Refundable Services & Products Agreement. I accept these terms voluntarily and release Glow Medical Aesthetics and its providers from any refund obligations related to services or products.
